The Challenge

Stellenberg High School noticed unexplained spikes in their water and sewerage bills but lacked the tools and expertise to identify the source. Rising utility costs were consuming budget that could otherwise fund educational programmes and facility upgrades.

Our Solution

We conducted a full water and sewerage audit, installed flow monitoring, and identified multiple underground leaks that were invisible to the maintenance team. We also reviewed and corrected the billing structure across both water and sewerage accounts, and implemented an ongoing conservation programme.
